From Chhattisgarh to Punjab: My Journey at LPU

Leaving the familiarity of Chhattisgarh to study at Lovely Professional University in Punjab has been an incredibly eye-opening experience for me. As I approach my third year at the university, I find myself reflecting on the remarkable journey I've had—a journey filled with diverse encounters in terms of food, people, and environment. In Chhattisgarh, our meals are usually simple yet bursting with flavor, centered around staples like rice, dal, and poha.
